Mt. Diablo ASTD invites you to

Technology Training 101 with Sarah Houghton-Jan

Training is tricky.  Technology training is doubly so. Not only are trainers dealing with the usual various learner interest levels and learning styles, but with vastly differing technology skill levels as well as the unpredictability of the technology itself. Come to this session to learn about some of the best practices specific to technology training. Learn about some of the best free and cheap tools available that make technology training easier, both for the learners and the trainers. Come away with tips and tricks to make your own training experiences better, both online and off!

You will leave this session understanding best practices specific to technology training; and be aware of the free and inexpensive tools available to make technology training easier.
